Representative Vezey moved the appropriations in Sec. 25(a) and Sec. 43 (page 15, lines 22-23) under Art. IX, section 17(c) of the Constitution of the State of Alaska from the constitutional budget reserve fund. The question being: "Shall the House adopt Sec. 25(a) and Sec. 43 (page 15, lines 22-23)?"
